CompService was founded in 2002 and we have gradually strengthened our position on the Tricity IT support market. From the outset, we have specialised in comprehensive information technology solutions which allow us (a) to provide small/medium-size enterprises with a full range of IT services, tailored to meet their unique requirements, and (b) to act as local, hands-on IT Support for newly established corporate branch offices whose IT department is located elsewhere.

We regard communication with our clients as being of key importance and, for that reason, we  implement the "Remote Helpdesk System." This allows the customer/user to connect with one of our specialists (via a desktop icon) who can provide instant remote assistance/advice and help to solve the problem directly. This system has proven invaluable to our existing customers, as it allows the vast majority of everyday computer problems to be dealt with immediately and with minimal stress and disruption.

Another highly useful feature which we offer is a IT-resource management system which enables individual clients to easily view and edit information regarding their inventoried resources (e.g. computers, printers, software licenses). With this system, our customers also have the opportunity to log in to an online administration panel using a secure encrypted connection, so it is easily accessible anytime anywhere.

Furthermore, in September 2006, in response to our rapid development on the market, we implemented a system for handling requests from clients. This software helps to track and resolve customer problems, thereby ensuring solid and reliable infrastructure, and raising the level of satisfaction and quality of the website.
