This allows the customer/user to connect with one of our specialists (via a desktop icon) who can provide instant remote assistance/advice and help to solve the problem directly. This system has proven invaluable to our existing customers, as it allows the vast majority of everyday computer problems to be dealt with immediately and with minimal stress and disruption.
Another highly useful feature which we offer is a IT-resource management system which enables individual clients to easily view and edit information regarding their inventoried resources (e.g. computers, printers, software licenses). With this system, our customers also have the opportunity to log in to an online administration panel using a secure encrypted connection, so it is easily accessible anytime anywhere.
Furthermore, in September 2006, in response to our rapid development on the market, we implemented a system for handling requests from clients.
